Project Description

Private residence consisted of 2,700 sqft of living space and attached garage. The style of the home took elements from the craftmans style, chalet and heavy timber frame construction. Exterior is designed to be maintenance free with board and baton vinyl siding, pvc trim, stone and heavy timber.

The interior consists of 10′ ceilings on a 1 floor open plan, hardwood floors throughout and basement. The home was designed with energy efficiency in mind with an on grid solar system, spray foam insulated walls and high efficient HVAC system.
